Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Line a slice tin (minimum size 28cm x 18cm x 3.5cm) with baking paper.
Melt Tararua Butter and place in a large bowl. Add cocoa to Tararua Butter and mix.
Add eggs and mix well. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
