- To make the sherbet
- 1 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsps Vitafresh drink power (any flavour)
- 1 tsp citric acid
- 1 tsp tartaric acid
- 1 toothpick per person (used to pick up the 'snowmen')

Method
The Marshmallow Snowmen: : Allow 3 flavoured marshmallow's per person (marshmallow's can be bought from any supermarket)
Put all of the sherbet ingredients into a zip-up plastic bag and shake, put some of the sherbet onto a plate and place the snowmen on, lightly sprinkle a little bit of sherbet on top of the snowmen and serve.
