Mix melted Tararua Butter, eggs, vanilla essence and Chelsea White Sugar together in a bowl with a fork.
Stir in dry ingredients until well combined.
Cook in microwave proof dish on high for 4-6 minutes.
Best served warm with ice cream or cream.
