Made it for a work morning tea people loved it I used the caramel condensed milk and the caramel lumps omg so good. Especially for those with a sweet tooth. Love trying to add different things, way better than lollie cake.

I made this recently for a kids camp as it was easy to transport and a little goes a long way (if you can restrict yourself that is). Went down really well with kids and adults alike and the pineapple lumps were a really nice change. Looking forward to trying all sorts of different lollies.

I think NOM!
Well you did ask what I thought of the recipe. This stuff is so much nicer than lolly cake, but very similar. Of course if you do it in a slice tray you can also add another layer: melt a 200g bar of Whittakers Dairy Choc, pour over the slice, then sprinkle with about half a cup of finely chopped pineapple lumps and a little coconut. Even more decadent lol

Really good for the kids shared lunches at school. I've found that it is really nice to melt and pour Whittakers Dairy Chocolate onto the top of the slice and then put pineapple lumps on top or even coconut as well. Definitely a good recipe!

Have made this recipe multiple times now! Keep making little adjustments too. Have used Pineapple Lumps, Snifter Lumps when available and I am currently waiting for the latest addition to set - Werthers Original Chewy Toffee alongside the Pineapple Lumps. I also used condensed caramel rather than original condensed milk. Going to be VERY sweet but delicious I hope!

hi I love this pineapple lump slice recipe do you have a recipe for pineapple sconesCHELSEA: Hi there - we don't have a specific recipe for pineapple scones; however, you could try our lemonade scones or plain scones recipe and add some crushed or dried pineapple to the dough. Coconut or ground ginger might be good additions with the pineapple too.

Great recipe! My friend is obsessed with pineapple lumps and I can't wait to see her reaction when I give her this slice. I also added a layer of melted chocolate mixed with condensed milk on top to harden in the fridge, before adding the coconut. A great touch to give the slice a really rich, full look.

Great recipe. I used perky nana chocolate bars. And Wow my household just loved it. Probably a favourite in our household now :)
Melt the butter and condensed milk in a small pan over a low heat, don't boil it.
Add the crushed biscuits and pineapple lumps to a large bowl. Pour butter and condensed milk mixture into the bowl and mix well.
Pour into a lined "slice" tray & press down firmly so top is level.
Sprinkle with coconut and place in the fridge until set.
Once set, slice into small pieces.
